Licensing not allowed through firewall

I've tried following Which URLs/Protocols need to be allowed for Autodesk Subscription Licensing with our IT Security team to allow the software through the firewall, but we haven't had any luck. I'm on the IT service desk team and I haven't found a way to talk to Autocad's support team, so I'm reaching out here.

Whoops, you're totally right. My question is if there's a clear way to troubleshoot what isn't being allowed through the firewall to figure out what isn't working, or if there's something to try that isn't on the link I sent. Failing that, is there a way to connect with support member over the phone?

Autodesk has a list of sites and ports that need to be opened for the Subscription licensing here:

@epullerV79QN you should download the Autodesk Network Licensing Support Tool from here:

 

https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/tsarticles/ts/6IFPpIksTDfsCzp1JwIH5k.html

 

Extract the files to a folder on your C:\ drive and then launch AdskLicensingSupportToolUI.exe.

 

Go to the Connections tab and run it.  It will show you what is missing.

Some of the Autodesk sites don't like DPI, so if your firewall does that, have a look at the firewall to see which sites get blocked.

That'll check to see what's blocked?

 

@epullerV79QN If he has a tool use his, ... if not, have your IT use it to see what's blocked.
