Licensing error when starting product

Hi,

 

I was having trouble installing an update to Vault Client 2025, and troubleshooting ended with me uninstalling and reinstalling the program. That didn't fix the issue unfortunately, and now I'm faced with the issue that any Autodesk program I open I get a Licencing Error. I have followed through the troubleshooter, and running the Licensing Support Tool I found that I'm unable to access the following URL: https://signin.autodesk.com/idmgr/callback . I haven't had problems in the past, and my colleagues don't have the same problem as I do. Where should I be looking next to fix this problem?

I had an online chat to one of the Autodesk Assistants and he found that the install of Vault was corrupted, and doing an uninstall, clean, and reinstall of Vault fixed the issue.
