Licensed 2022 Products Disappeared, License File Not Working Anymore

Hoping to get some answers here fast. I had built some new 2022 product packages in June (AutoCAD, Inventor, Maya, and Revit). Got them entered into SCCM, started deploying them. Generated network license file, got that work with the NLM and FlexNet. Everything was working just fine prior to the holiday break. I come in today, nothing is working. FlexNet is throwing a "No available products to license" error. After FINALLY finding a phone number for customer support, I get a generic answer of "well this contract has expired". Look under my account, and none of the products show up now.

I'm sorry....what? I had a 1-year term on these licenses. I have this system deployed to a few hundred machines now, and it's all just not valid anymore? I'm hoping someone with some know-how into this can give some answers because this is nuts.

are your licenses in fact expired? only you, reseller or Autodesk can check

what does flex lm say when you run a status enquiry?

There's no way these can be expired - I literally did all of this a couple weeks ago. Here is the snippet from the daemon log:

12:13:05 (lmgrd) license file and re-start daemons.
12:13:05 (lmgrd)
12:13:05 (lmgrd) This may be due to the fact that you are using
12:13:05 (lmgrd) a different license file from the one you expect.
12:13:05 (lmgrd) Check to make sure that:
12:13:05 (lmgrd) C:\Autodesk NLM\Server_0050568801B2.lic
12:13:05 (lmgrd) is the license file you want to use.
12:13:05 (lmgrd)

When I go into my products in the web portal, none of these show up anymore. I can't even recreate a new license file. This is extremely frustrating - I put a lot of work into getting these deployments ready for the next school year, only to have everything erased arbitrarily with no warning whatsoever.

But how? I literally requested these licenses a few weeks ago - they're brand-new. How is it that they just expired after a few weeks when they should be good for one year?

don’t know but what you posted above the log says the licenses are expired

you will need to deal with Autodesk directly to get this resolved
