License transfer Autocad LT 2015

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

wegen neuer Hardware muss ich die Einzelplatzlizenz für Autocad LT2015 vom alten Rechner auf den neuen Rechner übertragen. Hierzu wollte ich das Dienstprogramm zur Lizenzübertragung nutzen. Ich bekomme aber immer die Meldung:

"Die Lizenz, die Sie zu exportieren versuchen, wird von einem oder mehreren Autodesk-Produkten verwendet.

Sie müssen alle Produkte schließen, die diese Lizenz verwenden, bevor Sie die Litenz exportieren können."

Es ist aber nur ein Autodesk-Produkt auf dem Rechner installiert, nämlich Autocad LT2015.

Ich bin darauf angewiesen, möglichst zeitnah mit LT2015 auf dem neuen Rechner arbeiten zu können und bitte daher,

mir mitzuteilen, wie das Problem gelöst werden kann.

Have you tried starting the new PC and activating it .... without trying to get the old license?

There are a few options to activating it on the new one if needed:

AVA (Autodesk Virtual Agent)

and 

Register Once:

https://registeronce.autodesk.com/prodreg

I understand you need to have this license on a new computer. Please make sure this computer meets the system requirements for AutoCAD LT. You can install this license on the new computer without a problem if you need the activation information it should be saved on the system C:\Users\user name\AppData\Local\Autodesk\(product info.html).
