License Time out

Hi Forum, 

I am an educator and use AutoCAD for Mac. I have a license through the University I work for which is valid until Jan 2024.  I can install the app and work on CAD for that same day, but the next day I always get the error message that my license has timed out. I do not want to reinstall the app every day. How can I fix this? 

I have contacted autodesk for help several times with no reply to my ticket. 

Any suggestions? Thank you!

Also, when you say you have contacted autodesk - what does that mean exactly? Have you logged into your Autodesk portal and opened a support ticket? That does not sound like them to NOT reply to a ticket.
