Re: License server issue more the one licenes

Hi

We have the problem that about every now and then the licenses server issue more the one 3ds max licens to a client/render node.

The only way too fix this is to restart the LMTOOLS by stoping and starting the services.

Is there any way for us too fix this?

This problem have stop our rendering farm working bechuas it dont get licenes.

What version is the license manager and is3DS Max coming from a collection, suite or do you just have single products of 3DS Max?

When you say "is 3DS Max coming from a collection, suite or do you just have single products of 3DS Max?"

do you mean the clients or on the license server.

If you mean the licensserver it is hosting 3 systems 3ds max, vred and DEADLINE

If you mean if the program is installed its singel.

Can you post a copy of your Status Enquiry from LMTOOLS and perhaps your debug.log file as well? That will help to see what is going on.
