License Screening

When I try to open up any drawings, I am getting a message that:

Your eligibility to use Autodesk products is undergoing standard export screening. You can visit our Export Compliance page or contact us for more information.

Unfortunately the Export Compliance link doesn't help.

Hi @Anonymous

Are you in the country that the license was purchased in?

Maybe try contacting Autodesk to see if there are any issues with your license which may be preventing you from opening your software. Instructions here to contact them:

Regards,

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

Numerous individuals are reporting this problem..  To continue working until its resolved.  Disconnect yourself from your WIFI/Network/router/internet and launch the product.   Does it work then?  If so, reconnect and continue to work.

Hi @Anonymous,

Export Compliance is completely separate from educational verification, in most cases, it passes pretty quickly but failing that reach out to educational support https://www.autodesk.com/education/support
