For the past few days we have been getting a window pop up when opening Civil 3d asking for a serial number. Our serial number is entered correctly, but we're not able to activate it. When we pick the "quit" option, we get the following Untitled.jpg

Our account is up to date.

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about that the licensing manager is not functioning correctly. Your LGS.data file may have become corrupted, as you have indicated it was previously working. Redirecting of HTTP traffic may also be occurring, which can cause this issue. We will need to verify that the FlexNet Licensing Service is running correctly by following the steps in this Autodesk Knowledge Network (AKN) article.

Hi Matthew - thanks for the response. It turns out that our subscription had expired and the email notifications were overlooked.

How can I expedite my "Confirmation of Subscription" email that I was told takes 24 to 48 hours?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

I presume this is for your new order. Your account should have already synced, usually it takes much less time then 24-48 hours (typically instant). It appears the for the license you received, all you will need to do is sign in to AutoCAD Civil 3D. Let me know if this is not the case or if you have any trouble.
