License Manager Tool | Change License Type or Serial Number

Hello I&L community,

The License Manager tool can be very helpful when you would like to make an update to your license information. For example, you have a Trial version installed and you need to change the license type because you purchased the product after the Trial, you are changing to Subscription licensing or Network Licensing. Or you have received a new serial number for the same product and need to update it.

This tool can also conduct a soft reset of the licensing for a particular product, without having to delete folder contents.

  1. At the top-right of the screen select the drop-down help drop down.pngtriangle  next to the User Name.
  2. Click “About (Product)” then click “Manage License...” to open the License Manager screen.
