License Manager Is Not Functioning

For the license manager not functioning issue of 2020 version, you can try steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to the Autodesk desktop app and install the Autodesk Licensing Service v9.2.2.2501 or the latest update.
  1. After installing the update, restart the system and test the product .

If not works, check other suggestion in Error license manager not functioning or improperly installed with ACAD 2020.

 

You can post installation/licensing issue in installation and licensing
