License issues

Hello

We have one user that gets an license error when trying to start Inventor.

This is the only one that gets this out of our 94 running Inventor seats.

Anyone know what causes this or more important how to fix it?

I assume you are using a license server, is that correct?
If yes, I would recommend creating this system variable in case the PC in question is delaying too much to acquire the network license:
