License Expired Message Even though I have paid for a seat

I originally installed Fusion 360 as a "trial version" which expired a month ago.

12/7/2020 i purchased a $400+ license via the link in the top right that says "Expired: Subscribe Now"

When i start Fusion 360 now, the same alert is still present, i cannot save or convert any design files so it is essentially useless. it is showing as an "Expired Subscription - Read Only".

 

I have attempted to log out/log on, clear cache, reload software, checked for updates (running 2.0.9439), and i can't remember what else. This has been going on for a week now.

 

I have verified numerous times that my online account shows a valid license and it is the same email/password i am using to login to Fusion360 so it "should work". I have attempted to add the gmail.com domain to my account online as an attempt to enable that domain....i am really grasping at straws.

 

I have gone thru all the blog posts and help files i can find, but i am missing something because i cannot find instructions for my version that resolve the issue.

 

Additionally i have opened 2 tickets, tried to call and get support and all attempts have resulted in nothing.

 

As you may guess, I am very frustrated and tired of fighting what should be a simple, non-event of upgrading a license.
