license error when opening autocad

when i open autocad and try to access my account it gives me "license error" and when I close the message another message appears saying "license manager is not working or is not installed correctly. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling autocad but nothing. Not even installing the 2025 version since I previously had the 2024. Even in Autodesk Access it doesn't let me access the account because clicking it doesn't open anything

It’s looking for a license from a network license manager. Do you have one installed or do you just have a subscription?

I have a didactic subscription but as i said when i try to log in my account it shows the error in the photo

I tried everything with the 2024 and 2025 version but it doesn't work. so I installed version 2023 and it works correctly

At some point you will need to progress to a later version. So you might as well get it fixed now. It appears that you have a problem with some of the components required to run AutoCAD. Installing the latest version as @Simon_Weel suggested may or may not fix the problem. You can try a clean uninstall first. That means that you uninstall all traces of Autodesk products, not just the main app.
