Returning from Thanksgiving weekend on Monday every computer in our office had a License Error message as soon as we tried to access a file. This is on AutoCad Architecture 2020. My support specialist downloaded updates but it did not solve the problem. Our IT department is at a loss for what to do and our IT security told me we were not to let third party vendors remote into the computers.
At this point I am thinking the only solution is to uninstall and re-install ACA on each computer.
