License Error 2 - Maya 2014

I have tried the work around that you guys recommend for this issue, and I am still having the problem. What else can be done to fix my software? I desperately need to get this resolved before my classes resume next week. I can not complete my assignments or degree program without Maya, and I have already paid a good amount of money for a license that is not working. Please help!

Please note that there is 2 x Library folder.  Once is in the account one one is in the root of Macintosh HD.
