License Activation

Although I have installed student version of AutoCAD (with my university mail and documentaries) It still looks like 30 day trial. When I want to convert it, it says "Enter e serial number." But I don't have any serial number. AutoDesk just have sent to me email. I am going to upload its screenshot. It says "unregistered version" on the top of my AutoCAD account. What should I do? Please help me.

Yes, I have read all the prodecures, but still I cannot convert to student version from 30 days trial. If you find a solution, can you write it?
