I've got a serial number and product key from autodesk student software (for civil 3d 2019) , but it doesn't work with civil 3d 2019 , and it still in trial version.

please help

of course I downloaded the setup file from autodesk student software.

Firstly EDU has a tendancy with having issues but they tend to get sorted quickly,

Seconndly does the license appear in https://manage.autodesk.com.
