Hi

 

whe have 5 licenses AUTOCAD LT installed on 5 PC. LT 2017. We purchase the renew and then we try to insrt and validate new license code on line. Obviously nothing works (but everything was well until  the old license was active. We try to re-register, de-register but  no risult. We try to up-grade to LT 2018. Now, when we try to activate, we have the message "no internet or no license server". Whe have a proxy closing user connections, but opened to autosk web.

 

My problem is ONLY to change the OLD LT 2017 key with the new, whithout chanching anything an soon as possible....

Hello @Anonymous,

 

If these are Network licenses make sure you generated a new license file & set it up, if they are not then dismiss this & continue to read on. 

 

You can try to change the Serial Number from within the product first to see if that resolves it, next try a Hard reset of the licensing.
