Dear sir,
Thank you. According to the University of Auckland web page www.auckland.ac.nz/en/students/my-tools/flex-it/install-software.html, "Autodesk offers free 1 year licenses to all students for their products..." however my account and installed software show a one month trial. Please check.

Yes - Autodesk does provide free software for educational usage to students and teachers. You just need to be verified as a student here: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview.

Once verified you can request any licenses to the products at the link above which will then appear in https://manage.autodesk.com/.
