Licence does not activate

I have problem with activating licence for Autocad 2019 after trial period. I only get message "Contact your administrator to request permission to use this product". I have tried to follow the guidance and used Autocad as administrator. I have tried also other instructions, but Autocad is still not working.

hello do you have a standalone license or trial license expired?  have you try this process to change your license. please see attached. thanks
