Keep getting this error message

I talked to my tutor at school, but he said I should write to you.

I tried for 3 days now, and still get the same error. No matter what computer or phone I have used?

Try making a new profile and see if you have the issue. 

 

I'm seeing this error message quite a bit as of late

Sorry, for forgetting those details 🙂

I am trying to get the Student Licens for Maya and Arnold (I am at a school and on an education that is accepted).

I live in Denmark, and the school is Syddanske Erhvervsskole Odense M

And every time I hit the "Get Started" button on your webpage
(https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview?sorting=featured&filters=individual).

I get the mentioned error, and have gotten that the last 3 days, and I tried all the other solutions I can find in the forums, and none of them help. 

I also tried to find a way to contact by mail, those (here at autodesk) who are the onse who are suposed to handle student licens, but there is no mail to write too?
