Issues installing revit, keeps saying "get started" after verification

I have emailed SheerId, who confirmed I have already been successfully verified, however when I try to install Revit, it just has the "get Started" link, when I click that it opens a pop-up which tells me I have been verified, then takes me back to the "get started" page.

I have located an article regarding Sign-in issues on the "Let's Get Started" window. Take a look at "Single-user or Sign In option is missing from the Let's Get Started Screen when activating an Autode...
