Howdy.
Attempting to install Manage 2019 on a laptop running Windows 10 64-bit version 2020. I am not getting an error message the installation just rolls back. I have attached the install log in the hopes someone can decipher what the issue is.

Thanks for posting.
The software needs Administrator rights during installation & at first launch after installation. Also set up the application to run as Administrator.

Just found this in your installation log file:
MSI (s) (D0:E8) [18:52:58:570]: Product: Autodesk Navisworks Manage 2019 -- Error 1308. Source file not found: C:\setup.stv\NWMan2019\Img\x64\NAVMAN\Autodesk\Ldr\IVS\Tex\srf\Basket_1&.bmp.
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
Can you please check if this source file exist ?
