Issue downloading application

Hi,
I have been having issues trying to download the application. Every time I tried to download the application I get the following message on the top of the webpage in red "Apologies for the delay. The system is currently experiencing a problem. We’re working hard to resolve the issue. Please try again later." Is it an AutoCad issue or an issue on my end?
The live chat agent directed me to this forum to get help in resolving the issue.
