Isn't it possible to use autodesk process analysis with educational licence?

Hello, I have autodesk inventor with factory design utilities and autocad mechanical. They all are 2023 version. I am currently studying on factory design. However, I can't use autodesk process analysis. When I click on it, I got 403 forbidden error. Isn't it possible to use it with educational access or there is another problem with it?

Hi @muratsvclr41,

Factory Design Utilities is available to Educational users and process analysis should be included in there.

Please can you check if Factory Design Utilities is present at https://manage.autodesk.com/products.

If it's not present, please request it from the educational product page.

The next thing to check would be your add-ins inside Inventor and make sure you've enabled the add-in.

Thank you so much for your reply Mr. Warren. My add ins are enabled and I have Factory Design Utilities on my laptop but when I want to open process analysis, I still get the same problem. I attached an image of the error.
