Inventor Professional 2019

Dear All, 

I have installed Inventor Professional 2019 (University Student) but cannot activate it. When I log in my account, it says "sign in" for activation but when I open Inventor it gives me two options "run" or "activate". When I click on activate it asks for serial number and product key but I cannot find those.

Firstly Autodesk is no longer granting serial numbers - it's Sign In to activate in all but a few cases

Next, Do you have a license for Inventor 2019?

You can check at https://manage.autodesk.com/ -> Products and Services -> Expand the Inventor Section

Underneath you will see all the versions you are eligible for.

If Inventor 2019 is visible, try Signing into Inventor at the 'let's get started' screen.

If 2019 is not visible request Inventor 2019 from the education portal: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview

You will then receive an email informing you that Inventor 2019 has been added to your account.
