Inventor cannot access your licence

Inventor Education is not allowing me access due to a licence issue. I have updated licence servers and downloaded everything relevant as I understand it through the Knowledge community help pages. Any ideas on how I can continue working in Inventor?

I think in these situations it's best to contact the customer service for licensing.
