installing student version of maya

It will not allow me to install after I put the serial number and code in the feild.

- Operating system and computer specifications

- When you say, "will not allow" what do you mean exactly?

- Is this your first activation on this machine or with this license?

- Are you receiving any sort of error messaging? If so, could you provide a screenshot?

I am on a mac os x version 10.9.2

running Maya 2014

and I installed the serial # and product key and got the messages bellow.

Thanks for the additional information, but what exactly is preventing you from inputting your license information? Is the activation page blank? Do you see an error? Are you unable to completely install?

i put the license in and then I select the activate button and it doesn?t want to activate

then i get the error messages displayed ?
