I recently tried installing Sketchbook Pro online from your website and when I installed the downloader, it stopped downloading and froze. I tried to force quit it and it just won't stop. I can't find it in the task manager of my computer and it won't let me simply close it. I want to try to reinstall it without it freezing. My laptop is very compatible to run the application.
