You'll have to contact your reseller and/or Autodesk directly. Install files for a version that old are not available online.

@Anonymous,

That download doesn't exists as @rkmcswain pointed out. In addition to @rkmcswain suggestion, you can also request the physical media be shipped out to you in the mail. Request for media

That is only an option for the current version. 2011 is almost seven versions behind.

if i understand it correct there are no download links and a physical shipment of the CD is not possible?

So i will get no support from Autocad for that case?

Also the contact formula is not working:

Well, it is almost 7 years old. It is recommended to make backup copies of your install media, just for this reason. That doesn't help you now unfortunately.

Let's tag @john.vellek and see if he has any ideas.

Hi @Anonymous,

I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I am sorry your media has failed. I suggest seeing if you can obtain the older version through the Virtual Agent. If not, then you will have to contact Autodesk through your account management page.

If you don't have luck with either method in a short time frame, please add an additional post so that i might be able to direct you to other solutions.

Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.

The VA only goes back to 2013.

Hi @rkmcswain,

I wsn't sure if international product was handled any differently in the Virtual Agent. The OP's best bet is still to go to the Account page and start a chat or schedule a call. I would escalate the issue but I think it will be faster for them to start the process. Perhaps  @natashal84 can provide additional assistance from the I&L side.

@rkmcswain, that is correct, but if they own that version (by dropping subscription during that release), then Autodesk is required to provide access to downloads or physical media. <-- We've done this for our customers on the R14 version.

@Anonymous - If you are the contract manager, do as @john.vellek suggest and log into Autodesk Account and request the media. If you dropped subscription during the 2011 release, you'll only see AutoCAD LT 2011 as an option. However, if you're still on subscription, you'll need to go through a VAR to request the media which they will provide documentation for you to sign...

@john.vellek & @natasha.l

The link to the download of AutoCAD 2011 is here but you need to regenerate the authorization parameters as they're no longer valid.

@Anonymous - I just meant that via the Autodesk Account page, the 2011 download is not going to be available. I have some expired products on mine, and the older version is still N/A.

One of my original suggestions in post 4 was to contact a reseller.
