Before I start posting possible ways to solve this issue, can you tell me where you got the installation file from?
You may want to try and download AutoCAD 2015 from the virtual agent, to be sure you have the right files.
If this is correct and the issue persists. You can try the information in this link and in this link to solve your issue.
If these steps did not work, please tell me. I've got some more steps that may solve this issue.

Are you trying to install AutoCAD 2015 or the additional tools & utilities that come with AutoCAD 2015? Your screen image is showing that you are trying to install the additional tools. Please clarify..
