Installation incomplete. Some products failed to install. (error code 1603)

I have been repeatedly trying to install Inventor 2020 Professional onto my computer. I have installed the licensing updates, repaired all the Visual C++ Redistributables, and created an installer directory within the system registry and the current user registry. Please help. Thanks

Hi! It seems that you are using Install Now option to install Inventor directly via network. Depending your network speed and stability and our server state, you may run into issues like this. Please uninstall (if it was installed partially). Then download the install files to your local drive. Then install from the drive.

I was not using the 'install now' feature. It was a browser download. I deleted everything and tried again with no success.
