Installation impossible, remains stuck at 98%

Hello there, Pardon my english... i'm french.

I buy Autocad 2022 for my Mac. An old one, He run under Catalina 10.15.7. It should work correctly.

The installation remains stuck at 98% and when i go into the activity monitor i can read that the SETUP doesn't respond.

I have already remove all the trace of autodesk files before trying again but... the problem is still here.

Is somebody can help me ?

Sometimes it just takes an extraordinary amount of time to finish.  Other users have simply let it run overnight to find that it finally finished when they checked on it the next morning.  My recommendation is just to be patient and let it finish.

Hello,

I let it run all night but he installation failed. The firewall is disabled, all incoming permissions regarding autodesk are ok. I don’t know what to do anymore. 

I removed any Autodesk file before restarting the installation, but nothing to do. The only clue I have is in the activity monitor, SETUP does not respond...

So, somebody to help ?
