INSTALLATION ERROR

HI upon installing the software im getting this error message : 

AutoCAD Installation Error; "Aborted.(Error: 9). h

How can i fix this??

Try the following:

1. Add the domain *autodesk.com to the safe list in Internet Security Options
2. disable your Antivirus and Firewall temporarly throughout the download & Installation. You can re-enable after you download and install
3. Try again

If the above doesn't work; you can try one of the following two options:

1. Try using a different browser (I recommend Safari)
2. Try downloading from Virtual Agent then install...Autodesk VIRTUAL AGENT
