We are not sure what is preventing installation....

Windows 10 PRO, 64 bit using Chrome, Mozilla, Edge

DESKTOP-S74Q641, Intel Core i7-5820K CPU 3.30GHz RAM 32GB

Using AVAST Premium, the problem occurs wether nor Avast is active or not

The problem occurs both as regular user and administrator, the problem occurs after 1-2 minutes of installing

Your log file has this error listed multiple times.

Thanks, but the solution "Disconnect from your VPN (Virtual Private Network) before starting the install process." can't solve my problem as I'm not on VPN, the computer has been wired directly into the external router. I have had checked the internet connections and speed, nothing there to be worried about.
