Installation Error 1603

I downloaded Revit 2020 on my laptop a couple of weeks ago.

After I needed to perform a system recovery yesterday, I could not open Revit anymore.
An error "The License manager is not functioning or is improperly installed. AutoCAD will shut down now." occurred.

I did a clean uninstall and tried to reinstall Revit afterwards, but it keeps generating error 1603.
I'm not an expert in computers, so I've no idea how to work around it. I've tried some of the possible solutions given in other threads, but nothing worked.
I've attached the download log.

 

What can I do to fix this error?

Welcome to the Autodesk Community..

 

Although you were probably unaware of this, but when you post or share stuff here, please make sure it doesn't include your personal information such as your serial #. This is a world wide user forum and that type of info should not be included in your posting. Granted the installation log file helped us to determine your root cause (but it did contain your serial #)... So in the future remove or blur it out before posting. I will have the moderator remove it in order to protect your information.

 

I think your installation is failing for the following

 

1.  The method you're using

2.  The new licensing mechanism for 2020.

 

You're using the install now method.  Don't..  There's a couple of ways to properly download and install your Autodesk product to your machine.  Please review this article and the solution it provides.

 

However before you install again, I need to see the following C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Temp\Autodesk Revit 2020 Install.log to confirm its related to the new licensing mechanism.

I already tried all three installation methods, but none of them did work.
I attached the install log.

The service is not running and it keeps generating this error while trying to start it uptempsnip.png

Without getting that license service started, your installation will fail all the time.

I tried all the given options, but untill now, none of them worked.
With option I found {"Addr":"127.0.0.1:51237","AutoPickFreePort":true} in the .data-file., but still the service didn't work.

I adapted the full control permissions as stated, but with no effects.

I also tried the Command-prompt option, but this was the result given:

Is there anyting else I can try?
