Installation complete. Some products failed to install

Já tentei instalar pelo instalador padrão, já baixei os arquivos no browser e tentei instalar, e já fiz uma limpeza no meu computador pra apagar todos os arquivos do AutoCAD e do AutoDesk q pudessem atrapalhar. Nada surtiu efeito, alguém poderia me ajudar?2222.PNG

An image of a failed installation is no use to us.. However in that same message of a failed installation, is a link to your installation log file. That's crucial in determining the root cause of a failed installation. At this point we can only speculate what the issue is.. So post your installation log file if you are still having an issue. If you do end up posting your installation log file, make sure to review it first to ensure there's no personal information such as your serial # in it.  Personal information such as your serial # should never be shared here.

 

Or follow these steps to download and install your product

 

Download and install per:

1. Access the Autodesk Virtual Agent and follow the download links to your product.
2. Download all of the parts (some applications only have a single part to download) for your product first. Do not continue until all of the parts have fully downloaded.
3. Navigate to your download folder location and extract (double click) part _001_00X.sfx.exe (or the single file download).
4. In a few seconds the extraction will start and prompt you to extract to C:\Autodesk.
5. Once the extraction is finished, the installation will automatically start.
6. Follow the installation steps for your product

I already tried to install it by the default installer, I already downloaded the files in the browser and tried to install, and I already did a cleaning in my computer to delete all the AutoCAD and AutoDesk files that could disturb. Nothing worked, could anyone help me?

I have translated your post for you this is an English forum, please translate your posts for better feedback in the future. As Mark mentioned, try to download via the Virtual Agent and prepare the system before downloading & installing. Please run through the steps: 

 

  1. Log in as an Administrator 
  2. Empty your TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter 
  3. Temporarily disable your Antivirus software & Firewall
  4. Temporarily disable UAC:  Windows 7 , Windows 10 
  5. Download all of the parts Autodesk Virtual Agent

First I guess you didn't read the warning about checking to make sure to remove personal information before posting your installation log.  You just shared your serial # with everybody.  Smiley Sad

 

Your installation is failing on Microsoft C++ 2008.   So remove all instances of Microsoft C++ under Windows Control Panel/Program&Features/Add and Remove programs.  Then run the setup.exe located in the extracted files from the downloaded parts.

Welcome to the community.

 

Your installation is simply failing due to the method (web installer) you're using.  This method is unreliable and shouldn't be used. 

 

Download and install per:

1. Access the Autodesk Virtual Agent and follow the download links to your product.
2. Download all of the parts (some applications only have a single part to download) for your product first. Do not continue until all of the parts have fully downloaded.
3. Navigate to your download folder location and extract (double click) part _001_00X.sfx.exe (or the single file download).
4. In a few seconds the extraction will start and prompt you to extract to C:\Autodesk.
5. Once the extraction is finished, the installation will automatically start.
6. Follow the installation steps for your product

If you want the full recommended installation steps, click on the installation link in my signature.

However if the installation does fail using this method, please post your installation log file here so we can review it.  Posting info: Sometimes installation log files contain personal information such as your serial #.  Prior to posting your log file please make sure to remove such info.

Followed the steps, but not success on install

Sorry to hear...

 

So go into WIndows Control Panel/Program & Features/Add and Remove program and remove all instances of Microsoft Visual C++ (all versions and year versions).  Next use the Microsoft Fixit program (link in my signature - but you have to come back to this posting to see my signature/link) and make sure all C++ information is removed from the listing.  With Fixit you need to run it again for each application that needs to be uninstalled.

 

Now start the installation again using the setup.exe..

 

But it may fail again and at this point we will need to modify the setup.ini file to get around the C++ issue.

finally is installed, but now it says the license and product key are wrong and cant activate it, what can i do?

Its great to hear you got something finally installed but what did you install?  Details are necessary...

 

Sorry I just realized you were already posting what you are trying to install...  Without telling us what serial # you have can you tell us what product key you are using..
