Install Option Grayed Out - The Download Request is already in the Queue

Hello,

Operating C3D 2018 with Vehicle Tracking 2018. Need Vehicle Tracking 2019 for another project.

I started by downloading Vehicle Tracking 2019 from the browser and followed install instructions until I got to the CONFIGURE INSTALLATION page, at which point I get a flashing red circle with a line through it and the install button grayed out.

I attempted Microsoft Fixit which others have recommended but the Download sends you to a 404 page. I then tried uninstalling vehicle tracking 2018 and I am getting the same flashing red circle with a line through it and the install button grayed out. I am also getting the message "The download request is already queued."

Any help greatly appreciated!

Try AVA  ( Autodesk Virtual Agent ) pick have a license.

to install/use vehicle tracking 2019 you need to have autocad 2019 or a 2019 autocad based product installed first (excluding LT)
