Incomplete installation of Civil 3D 2021

I have received a education (student) access to the Autodesk programs, and have since tried to install Autodesk Civil 3D 2021. However, when installed and downloaded from teh autodesk.education page, the installation guide is incomplete. The two components Storm and Sanitary Analysis, and Subassembly Composer fail to install (the logs are attached). 
I am not getting any access to the program Civil 3D either, no shortcut appears, and I cannot find the program under the programfiles, where it was destined to be saved. I hope someone can help me to solve this problem so I can use the program properly. Thanks!

Try performing a clean uninstall (use MSFixit if it fails to uninstall https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-instal...)

Then use the browser download method to install Civil 3D (as admin) https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/download/about-download-methods/bro...

I have now tried to uninstall the program and all the autodesk product and all that adheres to it. Then I tried to dowload it and extract the program, however the same problem happens that the program does not seem to be installing, however it install some of the "extra" products - I have attached a screenshot of the programs that have been installed while doing the extraction. How can I find the product so I can install it? On my manage.autodesk, it also does not look like it gives me access to CIVIL 3D.

If you don't have a license for Civil 3D, you won't be able to run the program. Request a license here. Then you will be able to download it from your Autodesk account, always use Browser Download.
