Hello, all the documents I submitted for verification of my status as a teacher have been invalidated by SheerId, despite the fact that it proves that I teach in a High School. Systematically, the error message tells me that my first and last name are not in order, even though they are a good match. I don't know what to do anymore because I'm at a dead end, since I have to continue teaching students, who have received a correct validation, and that's not my case! If this continues, we will switch to Blender which is free and just as good for our students. Could you unblock my situation as soon as possible.
