I've tried looking for a patch - there seems to be no change in the media for AutoCAD 2020 and there dont seem to be any applicable updates in the program. The version deployed is 23.1.47.0, which doesn't appear to be vulnerable but this version looks to have been available and installed prior to the release of the IAVM so I just want to be sure.
