Turn off wifi and bluetooth on your laptop (aka put it in airplane mode), does the issue with the software go away when you start it up?

Doesn't it start at all? Or does it take a long time to load? Any error messages in the Windows Eventlog?

Do a reset to default .. save the settings, but don't add them back just yet.

2nd test, double click on trying to open this test file:

Could also be corrupt user files. Try renaming folder C:\Users\<name>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2025 to something like .old and rename registry key hkcu\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R25.0 to .old as well. Now if you start AutoCAD, it will recreate the user files from scratch. If there's no difference, then delete the newly created folder / registry key and rename the .old ones back to their original name.
