So, I have a student account and am using Revit and would like to use AutoCad to work on some images before bringing them into Revit, but when i went to Autodesk to download AutoCad, I saw that it was not an option. They have the mobile app available, but that is not what I need and AutoCad 360 also seems to have to do with the mobile app. I just need access to the desktop version of AutoCad.
Also, when I went to contact customer support about this I see that I have not options since I am not a subscriber. Any help about how to contact someone or how to go about getting AutoCad to become available, would be greatly appreciated.

Just because you have a student account and requested Revit, doesn't mean you get AutoCAD automatically.
You have to go back, sign in and request it.

Hello @andersn4,
You will have to select AutoCAD in the "All Products" tab on the left panel of the Educational account. You need to select the product then, select from the drop downs & download the product after making the selections.

I don't get the "Install Now" button appear after I've made all the relevant selections. I'm also signed in to a student account at that stage.

You don't want the install now option anyway.. Did you get your license details? Are you on a MAC?
Just go to your Autodesk Account (manage.autodesk.com) and download (browser) from there.
