Hello Everyone,
I am trying to install Civil 3D, Autocad, Recap, and Revit for a class, but I cannot install anything. I've tried with the 2021 and 2020 versions.
I tried installed the full package, but I get the multiple files needed error. I've tried the web installer, but I get an error about something preventing the software from downloading. I even tried the virtual agent to download and install the packages, but it only redirects me to the education portal.
I've tried disabling UAC, disabling my anti-virus, running as an administrator, but this has solved nothing.
I'm addition, I have tried installing using the desktop app, but that doesn't seem to recognize the fact that I am registered as a student.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
Hello @Anonymous,
The Education Community has a "Get Products" page, select "Sign-in". You should be able to select an application with the option to use a "Browser Download", not the streaming installer is not recommended.
Please "Accept Solution" if a reply or replies have helped resolve the issue or answered your question, to help others in the community.

Use the Browser Download to download ALL the necessary files before extracting.
You will have to disable your pop-up blocker first. See my post here.
