I can't sign in

I insert enrolled from AUG 2016 and graduated in May 2020. It can't continue. Which date should I put? Give me example. I try a lot of date but it can't.

Welcome to the community...

Enrollment and graduation date is not really crucial at this point...   In addition enrollment can't be in the past, it has been entered as the present and pick your graduation date 3 years from now.  Another thing to try is use Chrome or Firefox and not IE or Microsoft Edge.
