i can't install Autocad on my pc

I want to install the third licence but this is not possible. AUTOCAD 2016

I have Windows XP Pro version 2002 service pack 3 on this pc

is it normal?

AutoCAD 2016 is not supported on Windows XP. Please see the system requirements for more information.
