I can't get Auto Cad 2023 LT trial to open.

Hello,

I keep receiving the attached message when I try to start AutoCad 2023 LT Trial. I have followed the instructions for downloading the software but when I try to open it I keep getting that message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. Could anyone point me in the right direction please? 

I have tried to open it as administrator. I turned off all open programs and anti-virus when downloading and installing.
