I can´t download/install student version Autocad 2018

i have a problem with AutoCad 2018
i have already instaled the program but something missing. something wrong with setup i can not setup the program and the program Icon not in the disktop. i have tried to install it many times but still fail error

Your posting is very confusing..

You indicate you're unable to download/install but you do say the program is installed and etc..

Are you having issues installing or after the product is launched?   Also what error are you seeing?

Hi Mark,

thanks for reply. i installed the program. it is in data map but nothing in desktop i have got a this message "Communication failur" BTW the Autodesk desktop app showing "installed"  for Autocad 2018

Welcome to the community!

I would suggest that you perform a clean uninstall of AutoCAD 2018. I would then recommend that you download the full AutoCAD 2018 installer using AVA and the Browser Download method. Lastly, review the general installation workflow.
