I am not able to run AutoCAD 2018

All the times at starting it goes turn off with a message " autocad has stopped working ".
What should i do.
I am using autocad 2013 and autocad 2018 student version.
Autocad 2013 is working properly without any problem. But autocad 2018 is not running on same PC.
Please tell me how i can solve this problem.

Does that mean AutoCAD don't start at all or AutoCAD starts and after some time the message appears?
What is the exact state when you get that message?

 

Please let us know about your workstation:
Operating system, memory, graphic card and driver (updating graphic card driver could help)

 

If you have not done any customization you can also try that >>>click<<<

I am using windows7 with 64bit operating system, installed RAM 8GB.
