How to Live Chat with Customer Service

I have already participated in a live chat with an AUTODESK customer service representative, but now cannot find the option again on this website.  Is there a limited about of times a subscriber is allowed to live chat for support? If not, can someone guide me to a live chat with customer service?  Thank yiu

Chat is no longer a current option to contact support regarding AutoCAD issues. Use the Contact Support link at the bottom of this page. You will then see a page that helps you to Email support, Schedule a call, or call an Agent.

Hi i have a student licensed in AUTOCAD and revit last 2018 wit Bredin learning centre. I believed this a 3 year licensed.

I bought a new laptop/ How can i download it again?

Otherwise, you can request a new license at: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview

If you want a software license for commercial and professional use then you can buy from the product pages at https://www.autodesk.com/

If you're an eligible student you can sign up at https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview

Autodesk sucks big time, after purchasing the software license, its still under process from 4days. no one knows whats happening. are they really living in 2021?

I purchased Autocad LT and prior to purchase it they have told me that I could use it on 3 devices. I have already installed it on my laptop and would like to install it now on my desktop. It is asking me to pay another 440 per year while prior to purchasing it clearly indicated that with my Autodesk account I could use it on 3 devices. Could you help me with that matter, please?
